Great product, actually works! Has helped balance out perimenopausal hormone changes which in turn actually helped bring my mind and body back to their original status quo. Love it!
I have taken the pills first thing and really noticed a more consistent energy throughout the day, in particular the 2-5pm window when i would usually be flagging. Definitely think it has helped (rather than placebo effect)

I love motion Nutrition, I'm currently taking unplug with the new hormone balance at night and power up with slim line in the mornings. It took a few days to kick in but I started feeling much better and I'm sleeping much better.

As somebody going through the menopause and averages about 4/5hr sleep a night. I ordered the hormone balance and the Unplug nighttime. It's early days yet, but I seem to be sleeping a bit longer and not waking so often in the night. I have also taken the Power Up which has an almost immediate effect, in perking you up. Highly recommend.

I have suffered from aching legs since a teenager and finally after many, many years found Hormone Balance. I cannot recommend enough for the ease of leg aches and a sense of balance and calm. It has been a life changer for me. I am now trying out unplug and power up and so far have found I have a lot more energy. I am certain that power up makes my brain sharper, I no longer have that afternoon slump feeling. I read a recommendation and will try the following 7am Power Up. 7pm Hormone Balance and 9pm Unplug. Do what they say they do and with visible or tangible results. Hard to fault. One suggestion: any chance of including a bag option with larger serving volumes for the protein as the sachets run out super quick and the individual packaging seems unnecessary?

Although I have been using Power Up as well Unplug for nearly 3 months I cannot say I would feel a huge different as I suffer with serious insomnia, I like the products as I feel it gives me what my body needs without consuming another 5/10 tables. I believe thanks to Power Up tables I cope a bit better with daily hustles and struggles but can only have 1 tablet at am as 2 upsets my stomach. On 3rd day with Hormone Balance tablets so cannot say much yet about these.

I have been taking Hormone Balance as a supplement for two weeks and have found that I am sleeping well during the night and feel refreshed in the morning so am very happy to continue to take it.
