I can’t live without them now and if i miss 2 before sleeping, my sleep is genuinely affected slightly. Would recommend.

Excellent definitely buy again
My daughter has been taking this now for 3 weeks. I make it as a bedtime drink and she is excited to get it each night. I tend to give it to her 1 hour before bed when she is having her downtime. The significant change I can see at the moment, we are having no mood swings just before bed and little to no battle to brush teeth before bed. I intend to purchase another bottle 🙂

It usually gets me off to sleep very nicely unless I’m preoccupied with something. I still have issues with waking during the night and have difficulty getting back to sleep.
I have been using it for a few weeks and so far its been good. Ive been falling asleep and staying asleep. I am getting 6/7 hours sleep instead of 4/5 hours.

I’m sure this helps subtly relax my insomnia to allow me to drift off to sleep more easily than I do normally, repeat purchaser.
I tried Unplug before and it was brilliant. I had to stop because it contained magnesium which interfered with the medication I had to take. That has since stopped so I tried again. This time, the smaller capsules don’t seem to work as well.
